리더가 해야 할 것은 구체적으로 뭘 해야 할 지 지시하기 보다는 방향을 구체적으로 알려줘서 뭘 할 지는 부서원이 스스로 결정하도록 만들어야 한다. 인간은 자신이 뭔가를 통제할 수 있다고 느낄 때 가장 적극적으로 움직이는 동물인지라.
